How do you take your coffee?
Here we share a couple of our favorite ways to prepare cafecito at home.

We suggest you play around with different brewing methods, including the simple ones. Want to add sugar and milk? Pues échale!

Remember, if you like it, you brewed it right.

 

Pour Over
Suggested ratio: 1:15 (1 part coffee, 15 parts water)
RECIPE: 330g water, and 22g coffee (ground to a “kosher salt” like texture)

French Press
Suggested ratio: 1:12 (1 part coffee, 12 parts water)
RECIPE: 600g water, 50g coarse coffee (ground to a “cracked corn” like texture)
